Accounts Payable Clerk
Schedule:
FT - Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Objective:
To process Accounts Payable tasks in a timely, accurate manner.
Essential Function:
Knowledge of basic and advanced accounting procedures and sales tax regulations. Accurate and efficient completion of all assigned AP tasks. Requires long periods of sitting.
   


Bakery Manager Trainee
Schedule:
FT - variable schedule
Objective:
Achieve budget on sales and profits by effectively managing Bakery departments using Better Basics principles and practices.
Essential Function:
Achieve or exceed budget projections in gross profit, sales, supplies, and labor percent in a sanitary, pleasing atmosphere. Preparation of quality product on a large scale for sale in the bakery. Efficient handling of merchandise to meet the demands of the customers. Servicing customers in a timely, friendly manner. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Supervisor Food Handler's Permit required. Requires long periods of standing, lifting and bending.
   


Computer Technician - Point of Sale Systems
Schedule:
FT - variable schedule, including on-call hours
Objective:
Ensure that all POS equipment is in working order so stores can serve our customers in an accurate and timely manner.
Essential Function:
Maintain in-store POS equipment, keeping it all in good working order. Assist store associates with day-to-day operational procedures.
   


Deli Manager Trainee

Ordering and pricing of floral product. Achieve or exceed budget projections in gross profit, sales, supplies, and labor percent in a sanitary, pleasing atmosphere. Proper placement on shelves. Requires bending, lifting, and long periods of standing. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
   


Janitor
Schedule:
PT - variable schedule
Objective:
A clean, sanitary store where customers will enjoy their shopping experience.
Essential Function:
Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the store. Knowledge of HAZCOM & Bloodborne Pathogen Procedures. Tidy shelves by pulling cardboard and facing product. Push and pull carts, both inside and outside of the store. Provide assistance to Frontend and Grocery associates. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
   


Loss Prevention Officer
Schedule:
PT/FT - variable schedule
Objective:
To protect Company assets and profits by preventing, detecting, reporting, and resolving issues related to loss prevention, security and inventory shortage.
Essential Function:
Protection of store assets. Surveillance of customers and associates to detect theft and other forms of loss. Apprehension of shoplifters. Assuring safety of customers and associates by identifying, reporting and helping correct safety hazards. Inspection of stores to identify deficiencies which cause shortage and loss. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Long periods of standing and walking with some sitting; ability to move about all areas of the store quickly and without attracting attention; and climbing ladders and maneuvering in and out of confined areas.
